Cleanliness We have stayed at this hotel twice now and can recommend it thoroughly. The hotel is located in a very nice spot with good restaurants and shops 2 minutes from the door. Two tube stations are really close and walking there takes very little time. Getting to Oxford Circus takes less than 10 minutes, which is really nice. The room we had this time was more spacius than the room we had at our last visit. The view wasn't as exiting, though. Everything is clean and it all works. On the day of our departure we tried to get the reception to book us a taxi, since we had to make it to the airport to catch our flight. The taxi never showed up, even after we had the reception call them again. This is the only bad experience we've had so far. We caught a taxi from the nearby street eventually.

Location, very modern design, Price Small rooms but understandable for price & being in London! Wifi didn't seem to work in the room This hotel is extremely well-priced considering how modern it is and the great location. It's in the heart of Kensington, very close to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Queensway tube station is very close by and it was very easy to get her from Heathrow. You can also walk easily to Notting Hill & Portobello Markets. We had renovated rooms which were nice & new with a flatscreen TV. The rooms were a bit poky but it's understandable considering all the factors like price/location. They also said that our breakfast wasn't included on the first morning but we got it cleared up at reception and weren't asked again during our stay. There are two computers available for internet in the waiting room but the internet is a bit slow and they're usually busy. We couldn't access the wifi site on our laptop and the receptionist didn't really provide much help with that. Apart from small things like that we were very happy with our stay.
