Hugely popular with leisure travelers, this small, family-run hotel in central London has all the markings of a not-so-hidden 'hidden gem'. A few minutes' walk from Victoria station and just over the road from the bus stop, the Luna and Simone Hotel is what one imagines a quaint English B&B should be like. Tidy, prettily furnished rooms occupy this Edwardian townhouse, complete with narrow staircases and mini balconies. The care of the owners is evident in every detail: complimentary internet, home-style English breakfasts, spotless bathrooms and super-friendly personal service. The surrounding area is also full of charm, with plenty of pubs and restaurants at hand and Westminster, the London Eye and Buckingham Palace within walking distance.

Clean, efficient & good value. Helpful owners/staff.
Lack of lift was relevant since we were on top floor.
The hotel was ideally placed for the purposes of our holiday; but we were so happy with the experience that we would return even if its location was not such a major factor. The main advantages were as outlined above and overall the hotel was very comfortable, with a homely/family feel.
