Service of some staff (restaurant), air condition in breakfast room, small lifts, difficult door opening.
This hotel is really nice & stylish, centrally located near Oxford Street. The service of some of the concierge & restaurant staff need definitely improvement. But overall I would recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel organized the tickets for London Eye at the same price. They placed free internet use at the disposal.

This is a gorgeous hotel and I would definitely stay there again. It was just unfortunate to have a smell via the air con. The room itself was beautiful.
Shopping Tip : Very near Selfridges.

The hotel's location is perfect behind Oxford Street. They are right next to many pubs and some restaurants in all price ranges. Furthermore, there is a small street opposite the hotel where it is good shopping. The sights of London may be about minutes from the 5th remote start sightseeing. From Heathrow Airport you are on the Heathrow Express in about 20 minutes at the Paddington station. From the train station by taxi, at about 8 pounds in 10 minutes. to the hotel. Would book this hotel again even though the rooms are very small
Shopping Tip : near Oxford Street and New Bond Street.
