Service of some staff (restaurant), air condition in breakfast room, small lifts, difficult door opening.
This hotel is really nice & stylish, centrally located near Oxford Street. The service of some of the concierge & restaurant staff need definitely improvement. But overall I would recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel organized the tickets for London Eye at the same price. They placed free internet use at the disposal.

This is a gorgeous hotel and I would definitely stay there again. It was just unfortunate to have a smell via the air con. The room itself was beautiful.
Shopping Tip : Very near Selfridges.

Good location near Oxford Street. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very small rooms. Too high price for breakfast.
As a travel agency Monday, I see probably more critical to the hotel than many others. The location is absolutely perfect. Metro and buses within 300 meters. The rooms are very small. These are often in London, but was simply no room for more than a suitcase in a double room. Staff excellent. Fulfilled wishes quickly and efficiently. It takes an outrageous price for breakfast. We had the "Continental" enrolled and had to pay additional 6.50 GBP per person for two eggs and a Sausage. Full breakfast available at bars in the vicinity of 4.50.
