Very good experience! The staff was friendly, room was spacious, equiped with everything one could need. The hotel is located next to two tube stations and just opposite the Regent's Park, so it's a great place to stay for sightseeing!

Brilliant Hotel a bit far away from where I needed to be but well worth the extra travel. It was a bit more expensive than I would normally pay but for a lone female traveller perfect.

Fabulous Hotel, great location and lovely rooms
Rooms were very classy, the service overall was impeccable from the reception desk at check in to room service

Our stay was great, from the service we received to the room comfort. The hotel was very accomodating especially when friends came back to the hotel after a night out.
Nightlife Tip:
Great location with a tube station across the road, even taking a taxi to oxford street was a 5 minute drive.

We stayed at 7th floor facing the street. The room seems more beautiful than its homepage shows. Deliberate but small bathrooms; King-bed soft and comfortable; Street side windows could be opened but a bit noisy; Air-conditioning is OK; There're a number of mirrors in the room.

i just love everything about this hotel. it's located near the city center with a few steps to the underground access. the hotel staffs are very helpful, kind, and provide us with the best services and great smiles. the hotel's food is also great. i will definitely come again!

we had a wonderful stay.
the first impression as we entered was really great. the place is clean and neat and so spacious. as we check into the room, we were really impressed.
we had had dinner at the dinner downstairs and enjoyed it totally.
th only concerned we had is the the cctv is really too soft to hear. it would be perfect if there is a swimming pool.

4 nights stays at the hotel, the staffs are commendable and extremely polite and helpful, a big applause to the staffs department. The room is a bit small but overall clean. We stay in the classic room although i cant really tell whether its consider old or classic. During the final night the fire alarm rang and we had to run down out of the hotel, unfortunately there was no staffs to greet us outside. But we were given a good explanation of the situation at the lobby. Overall pleasant.
