Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Nice clean beds. A carpet covered the loose footsteps on the stairway and made it an experience to climb them never nowing which where the dangereous ones.
Nice to have a fridge in the room. Even nicer had it been possible to get into it.
Very small, damp and smelly rooms, no remote for the tv, no hot wather in the showers - if any wather at all. No sink in the toilet rooms. Matresses with the springs sticking in your back all night. Watherpipes making noises all night.
Hostile service if any service at all. Breakfast was uneatable. Just outside the upper floors windows there were litter of all sorts; mackerel cans, beer bottles and paper.
If you go to London stay out of this hotel. Its relatively expensive compared to what you get. The staff is unfriendly if not hostile and speaks very poor english. You'd rather go to a youth hostel, - this is NOT A HOTEL.
