Awful manager and Staff
Bad behavior from the staff and manager. In all other hotels even 3 star hotels staff and manager would like to help guests so the guests can come aging and stay in the hotel but the staff and manager in millennium gloucester is realy bad. I will not recommend this hotel for people to stay in

Not helpful at all
Concierge staff were great
Booked 2 rooms by mistake ( 2 groups travelling but we were leaving earlier) and as they were non refundable we paid for a room we didn't use for 4 days Contacted the hotel before arrival to ask if we can amend and use the additional for meals or anything and got a flat no As a frequent traveller mistakes happen at times and this is the only hotel which would do nothing to assist Definitely will never return

Ok but a bit shabby
Staff good. Good location
Not enough plugs in room. Bathroom shabby. Very dim lighting - should have at least one bright light for the desk. Coffee cabinet door kept falling open .

Good hotel location but needs improvement
Bar,Reception and Concierge teams
Stayed for two nights and booked into the Club rooms. Sub standard facilities in Club will facilities needing modernised. Nearly lost my toes with the location of the door stopper in the bathroom. No bottled water in the bedrooms was another basic not supplied. Breakfast was over subscribed so ended up in the overflow room not ideal when there was a group of us. I have stayed in better hotel's for the price but the staff couldn't praise enough!
