Very close to tube station, easy to find. Lovely, good sized room, very clean. Had good facilities to leave your luggage and a really good breakfast buffet.
The toast machine at breakfast was a bit slow! Thats the worse I can come up with.
The hotel was perfect for a weekend stay for sightseeing, it was close to a tube which gave us easy access to the city. The hotel itself was welcoming, had lovely rooms and everything we needed for our stay including a lovely breakfast to set us up for the day. It also had a late check out time of 5 pm on sunday which was really helpful.

Great staff
Great positioning
Good price
Good food
Good rooms
The rooms could be described as a little dull - certainly comfortable and had everything you need, but there was no "wow, factor"
NH are a Spanish owned group and while it still felt like being in an English hotel there were little special touches that brought the Spanish and European side out, which was most charming.
The staff were well trained, thoughtful and seemed very happy, a good sign I think - always offering suggestions and helpful advice with a smile.
The rooms are a good size for London, while still keeping an old world cozy feeling - which is certainly homey and relaxing, though must admit I did find rather dull - could certainly do with a bit of spicing up for my taste. Great power showers/bath. Flat screen TV, not a huge selection of channels, but enough -
Internet speed was fast and if you are a business traveler you have the option to upgrade, to faster lines plus static IP.
Fantastic positioning very close to tube stop and just a short walk to the museums or shops.
Food very good also, including a good breakfast buffet. Try the room service Ravioli mmmmm
Overall a good experience, especially at the price we were able to get through Agoda which made it very reasonable. Would we stay there again? Yes, though it wasn't that awesome that it would be immediately at the top of our list.
7/10
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Shopping galore for the ladies, only a 15min stroll to Harrods and for those with a little more on their minds, all the fantastic Museums only 10 mins stroll away.

Location to tube.
Room size better than average for London
Close to great restaurants.
Value for money
I have stayed many times at this hotel and will continue to do so when in London. It is located in a great area close to shops, restaurants and importantly the tube. I find it a very friendly area and would be suitable for families. The staff are always friendly and I see mostly the same faces at the desk and concierge each time.
Restaurant Tip : Great variety located close buy.

Good location, quiet room, large room, nice breakfast, clean
Generally we had a good stay here. For this price it's a pretty good deal for Kensington. Within walking distance of some sights (museums)and Harrods. Also not far to go shopping on High Street Kensington. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and not shabby like a lot of hotels in London in this category. Room was also pretty big.

It is near by Gloucester Station.
The door quite difficult to unlock by key card.
It is one of very good hotel in London and very good location, locate in boudary of zone 1 and just 3 minutes walk from Gloucester Station, which is Piccadilly line service that come directly from Heatrow Airport pass through. However, it seem like Piccadilly line that stop at Gloucester is not support for traveller with luggage well, because at Gloucester platform of Piccadilly line has no elevator or escalator from platform to upstair. You have to take carry you luggage to stair way, then take elevator. Although around the hotel is not shopping center, but you can take the train to shopping street easily and there is Tesco nearby hotel. The room is very nice and clean. The breakfast is also very good.

very good breakfast buffet that stays open beyond 10am, location - very close to museums, friendly staff
the hallways and rooms are a little dated and smeeled dusty/old
arrived during maintenance on the water system, so the bathrooms were out of action for 2 hours - staff did their best to offer advice and brought hand wipes to the room. soon back on track with plenty of hot water for showering. beds were comfy and everything else worked - the decor is dated and floral, and the furniture a little on the tired side - we got the room for a very reasonable price so we felt happy with the trip - i'm not so sure i would want to pay the full price though!
Hotel Feature Tip : the buffet breakfast is supposed to close at 10am, however on the 2 days we stayed, they were still bringing out hot food at 9.55am - it wasnt until 10.30 that the waiters asked us if we'd had enough to eat. Great!

- Breakfast fare was substantial and satisfying.
- Room was double ensuite and high floor : very quiet even though plenty of guests have booked into the hotel
-
-Pay per movie (none available)
- Toiletries should include : shower cap, toothbrush/toothpaste and hand lotion
- Staff should inform guests that room keys need not be left with concierge when going out
The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area close to South Kensington tube station and easily located. Generally staff were helpful. My room key went missing after I handed it in for safekeeping and went out for sight seeing - concierge had to make me a new one. The room and bath area were spacious and the decor was lovely in deep green and white. Breakfast was sumptuous and satisfying. Overall, a very nuce stay!
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel is on the Picadilly line and no change of train is necessary if one boards the Tube from Heathrow airport.

The room was large, clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also large with a full-sized tub/shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The tub is a bit high and could be a physical challenge for some getting in and out.
This hotel was just completely renovated. London is notorious for small, cramped rooms; but, the Harrington Hall is the exception. The room was large, clean and well appointed with a full bath, plenty of closet space, a small refrigerator, in-room safe and coffee and tea service. Breakfast was included and the buffet included a nice variety of hot and cold selections. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only two blocks from the Gloucester tube stop, which allows easy access to anywhere in London. While the hotel has dining services, there are also some very good restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
Travel tip : Directly across the street from the hotel is a casino. Membership is free and they will exchange dollars for pounds. The exchange rate was far superior to the typical exchange booths on the street.

Close to tube (Gloucester Road)
A more quiet part of London
Good restaurants within walking distance
Room climate control could be better
Internet expensive. The lobby tended to be crowded and noisy most of the day... hard to meet people and talk. It would be really nice if the hotel were completely non smoking.
The hotel was within easy walking distance of the V&A, Kennsington Palace, Hyde Park, etc.. The room rate booked with Agoda included breakfast, which was a buffet and substantial. The staff were courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I've stayed at Harrington Hall for a number of years and plan to continue the practice.

Although I used the hotel for a business trip I would also use it for personal trips.
Restaurant Tip : L'Etranger restaurant at the top of Gloucester Road does a great early bird menu - excellent quality and value from a top restaurant but you need to be in and ordered by 6:45 - check it out.

Location, clean, Spanish chain, very good service, good breakfast.
Small double bed and very very hard. Room decor old.
It is noted that the NH chain remains a benchmark in hospitality. The treatment of employees and the public areas and a good buffet breakfast. Unlike other chains with more names but with the worst hotels (eg Hilton Kensington, London). The bad thing about this hotel is the bed, which is really hard and we at least not as we would have liked Decans. The situation is very good in all, it is highly advisable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Many restaurants and bars and Hadrrods to 15 minutes.

Clean fresh rooms. Amazingly good breakfast. Friendly service minded staff.
No apparent negative - would then be that the price is relatively high - but compared to other hotels in the area and in this class, so there is nothing exceptional.
Located in nice area of Kensington. Near subway station Gloucster Road with three different routes and a number of bus routes. Cozy restaurants around the area. The staff very friendly and service minded. Everything is fresh and clean and the rooms feel cozy, truly British. Breakfast is fantastic, a buffet breakfast with fresh baked bread, fresh fruit, English breakfast as well as fresh muffins, croissants, etc..

Despite the negative changes, the rooms are large, beautiful, comfortable. Bathrooms idem. Very good site.
In our two rooms, in summer, air conditioning was lacking. We complained but no way to repair the evening, or we change rooms. Too bad we had to open windows and the noise did not let us sleep. By cons, we paid in advance for rooms in perfect condition.
The hotel has lamentably changed atmosphere. Before setting was charming, welcoming lobby with an intimate and elegant decoration. Currently, the decoration of the entrance is tourism, impersonal, with large panels where you can read BIENVENIDOS. The hotel has sadly lost its charm.
