Hothel was ok, but the room decor was nothing like on the website. It has been spruced up a bit, but the bedroom felt very sterile with its mainly white walls and wood flooring. We like a bedroom to be cosy - suppose this style is ok for businessmen. Also the little touches were missing,like conditioner and bathrobes - the necessities were there, but not in abundance and the bedroom furniture was tired and not what you would expect in a top London hotel. Sorry, disappointed.

Our stay was perfect. It was a 2 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube (Picadilly, Circle and District lines) and it was a convenient access to all attractions. However, wifi was extremely slow. Apart from that, excellent stay.

Nice hotel but the really poor quality of the food over-shone everything that was good about the hotel. If you travel long distances to a 4* hotel it is not unreasonable to expect to be able to eat good quality food in the hotel.

Love this hotel, but must admit that it is looking a little tired! This will in no way stop us from booking again the very next time we visit London. My daughter and I have used this hotel for our annual shopping trip every January for the last 6-7 years

It's a nice hotel, but I very dissapointed with wifi. First of all you have to take password at the lobby every day. Then, it's very slowly and looks like blocking all types of media: i couldn't view pictures in facebook, for example.
The hotel is located just few steps from the tube and bus stop. There is a straight line to Heathrow airport. There is also a several cafe & restaurants here and a classic brithis awesome pub!

Well connected to the tube stations with the major attractions, excellent and friendly staff

Felt most welcomed in this hotel during our one month honeymoon. Staff would always welcome us with a big smile, and the rooms were well cleaned.
The hotel is also very well connected to the tube network, with direct lines going towards Knightsbridge or the London Eye. Especially for travelers with a backpack, the hotel is a direct train ride away. The station has two flights of stairs to navigate for not so heavy luggage.
Beds were a little creaky though.
