Friendly and helpful staff, good location within walking distance of paddington station.
Small rooms, beds, and TV.
The Norfolk Plaza Hotel was the first of our hotels we stayed at on our honeymoon. The hotel had a charm about it with it's large windows opening to a relatively calm area within the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast was good and was very organized. We stayed for 3 nights and the beds, although small, were very comfortable. The sheets were very clean and the pillows were fantastic. When you see the beds you wont be impressed, but give them a chance.
Hotel Feature Tip : You can get to Heathrow quickly from Paddington station by using the express train ( 15 min.)

Location was ideal for purpose and close to all that London has to offer.
Good quiet garden area.
Room was small and was in need of revamp.
Walls marked and dirty. Net curtains had hole in, basin in bathroom was cracked.
Corridors / access had cramped claustrophobic feel
The Norfolk Plaza has the potential to be a really good hotel.
The location is ideal and the setting is quiet and very pleasant inspite of being in the heart of London / WC2
The reception area is welcoming and bright but this feature is not carried into the remainder of the hotel.
If my room is anything to go by the hotel could do with an overall revamp to bring it into this era.
While it was reasonable value for money I would not have paid its usual tariff and it certainly is not a 4 star hotel.

Location. Can direct train from Paddington to Heathrow Airport, just 5 minutes walk. Facing quiet Norfolk Park.
Was greatly concerned about the affect Mino Kishi floor. Were due to travel or group of students, even when there may be a nuisance.
Since London was the first time, you could take a wild guess where lodging. I have had to concentrate so much Paddington hotel happened to be a direct train from Heathrow Airport, It was a great way to and is very smooth. I could look down from the hotel room window facing the park they Norfolk. Restaurants are nearby town. I liked the atmosphere around them, the Mino Kishi Narimashi floor care of people in the room when the room upstairs . Was notable because even walk in my room, I thought people would be noisy room below. Second half is getting more students, busy (felt a little uncomfortable) did. Why do not you walk through Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace partly for a walk, was less than one hour. I think the town is better to use the subway.

Good central location Beautiful surroundings Very good transport connections with bus and Tube
Direct disadvantages I could not be ascertained.
Room (Room 302) times could be rehabilitated, in our case was mold in the bathroom at the tub edge and tile floor was not disposer, so buzzing with the window air conditioners pretty loud. The bed linen had holes in one case. The carpeting could also times renewed. When I had a breakfast of yogurt was filled with mold. (The breakfast otherwise I'm good rate, therefore with the yogurt as an exception, as the operation also apologized)

The location was good, especially with regard to price. The view of a forholsvis calm and quiet park was positive, not much traffic.
The hotel could tightened on cleaning, and that it was very listeners. Breakfast was not much to brag about, but nice NOK. The beds were hard, and there was a strong røyklukt.
I visited the Norfolk Plaza hotel three days in March, and Anns hotel to be the center of the tree. Bell Heiligenstadt truth, I would say it was the most positive, within walking distance of Paddington, Hyde Park and Oxford street. Clean truth at the hotel were not quite on top, but no serious relationship. We were unfortunate to was placed on the smoking floor, which resulted in a strong røyklukt at times. By repeatedly squirted something terrible, because it was very listen, it sounded as if the door to our room was opened every time the neighbor opened his door. The staff was pleasant and help. All in all, we had an ok stay at a relatively reasonable price.
Nightlife Tip : Sawers arm was a nice pub that was located just off and deserves a visit.
