Roderick H. Solo travelers New Zealand, April 20, 2013	Comfortable stay with easy access to centre Clean hotel with good restaurant and bar. Access to public transport allows a trip to London sights. Lovely room as I booked executive room through Agoda 7.3 The stay was very comfortable and I would rate it as four star. It was very convenient for the Excel Centre (conference) and for me to catch up with family who live in London and especially one who has a flat in Docklands. A problem, which had to be sorted by phoning Agoda was that the hotel did not accept my Agoda Hotel Voucher. I feel the hotel reception staff could have been more customer focused and offered to sort the issue out. Instead I had to take time to phone Agoda. This is the first time this has happened and it was sorted. However, it detracted from what was otherwise a lovely stay. Potentially I would have had to pay again and receive a refund from Agoda which I view as unacceptable.

Save the time and hassle travelling in the cold weather. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rate is high due to busy exhibition schedule.

Would be excellent for connecting with central London, but works on the DLR make it a little bit more of a challenge for the foreseeable future.
