Easy to catch the Heathrow Express and the Tube

Location, Toilet separate room from shower and tub, lots of electrical plugs that were accessible

It was a nice walk along the canal to the hotel. The room was totally adequate for a night in London before an international flight.

Enjoyable, very cosy

5 min walk from Paddington station, new, executive room is very nice

The hotel is 5 min walk from the Paddington station and it is in the office area with mostly office buildings around. The hotel looks very new and we stayed in the executive room which was very nice. The rate included the buffet breakfast, I guess this is because there are not many restaurants around. There is nothing much to do around Paddington area, but it is just a few stops from the major attractions in London, and there are trains departing from Paddington to other cities/towns e.g. Oxford. There are Heathrow Connect and Heathrow Express which take 35 and 15 minutes respectively from Paddington to Heathrow. I highly recommend this hotel, not only because of its quality but also the easy access to Heathrow. It's a nightmare to travel by tube in London with two 20-kg luggage with a backpack, and staying in Paddington means it is just one train journey from Heathrow to your hotel without the need to change to the tube. You can do the last-minute sightseeing/shopping, then head back to the hotel to get the luggage and walk bacl to the Paddingtion station and take the train to Heathrow.

Great location, near the Heathrow Express.

The stay was pleasant, including the service during our meeting at the hotel. At breakfast I missed the good, old scrambled eggs. I think the scrambled eggs must have been made of some sort of "egg powder". The utensils were not good in your hand, and they rolled away when put down on the plate. And the breakfast plate was too deep, too rounded. The glasses were almost impossible to hold. All very modern, but not functional.

Nice modern hotel, good quiet location

Walking distance to the hotel. Good restaurants and amenities just a stone's throw away

stayed here on a short visit to london. the location is great, and is probably second only to staying on top of paddington station. quick 10 minute walk, although not so pleasant if it happens to be raining. the hotel is in a nice quiet location. the rooms are comfortable and furnishings nice. one thing i wasn't too fond of was that our toilet was separate from the bathroom (ie, a separate wc room). also, the hotel is located in the heart of an office block, so don't be surprised to see office workers from your room during the weekday (weekends are correspondingly quiet though). the free wifi is also really slow (limited bandwidth unless you pay), but at least they provided some wifi. it was december, and they served free mulled wine on some of our evenings, which was a really nice touch.
Restaurant Tip: There's a pret-a-manger, a Sainsbury's and a Starbukcs just a stone's throw away from the hotel.
