I had a pleasant stay on business. Very convenient location with lots of sites in walking distance. I liked room service. Bed was comfy - I went from UK to Germany and found the beds in Germany to be very uncomfortable compared to UK. Clean and quiet - really no complaints other then the lack of a decent view from my room. I don;t spend a heck of a lot of time looking out my window, so it did not bother me enough to ask for a change.

Nice location, nice rooms, good food.

No hot tub, no view from my room.

  • Nightlife Tip : Go see Spamalot.

totally said, the hotel is worth to stay. i would like to stay there again when i visit london next time.

  • Shopping Tip : there is no super market or shops around the hotel. i had to go to the underground station waterloo to buy things.
