Great hotel, excellent & very helpful service.

I very much appreciated being upgraded to an executive room. The room and en suite were very clean with wonderful extras such as a coffee machine, robes, iPod dock etc. The desk features were excellent for getting some work done.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the Lambeth North tube station to get straight onto the Bakerloo line which goes through Paddington station making it very simple to get the Heathrow Express.

It's a business hotel where you need to pay to have Wifi.
Front desk is only average as they always advise you to use their free Internet kiosk (only 2 nos. at the lobby) and unableto help me secure good value request.
