Location is good, take the Underground Train on the Piccadily line from Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, takes 25 minutes to Hammersmith Station, from there you can walk to the hotel, quite convenient for travel to other parts of London. Just a short 10 minutes walk from the hotel are the pubs, restaurants and shopping area. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar. Room service was good. Room was clean, sheets and towel very tidy. The internet workstations were not in working condition during my stay there. The printer at the Business Centre was not working either. Internet rates was expensive at 1 British Pound for 20 minutes of usage time. There was no wi-fi broadband service for laptop users. The hotel did not have a shuttle bus service to Heathrow Airport. Excellent for business meetings, since the hotel was centrally located, drinks are available at the bar. Hotel has excellent facilities to host conferences and exhibitions in a large scale. Some of the staff at the reception did not appear friendly, though 2 of them were extremely friendly and was willing to assist customers. The convenient store located opposite the reception counter did not sell bread, buns, etc as snacks. Rooms were excellent, clean and tidy. At times the 'fire alarm' bell went on, but no one told us the reason, even the staff cleaning the rooms.
Hotel Feature Tip : From Heathrow Airport, Terminal 1,2,3,4 or 5, you can take the Underground train along the Piccadily Line to Hammersmith Station and it will cost you just over 2 British Pounds.

Location. It's in the middle of Airport, and close to Hammersmith Tube Station/ Bus Terminal. Room is pretty clean. Hotel is big, easy to get lost on the floor room
