Lift was broken, breakfast, decor. Our room was located on the top floor, and the lift remained broken throughout our stay, without apologies. The television was small and there was no safe. We experienced a great deal of problems with water temperature, and repeatedly complained but to no avail. Breakfast was very limited - toast and cereal - and the breakfast room was very small with paper tablecloths.
