Can be noisy.
Restaurant is expensive and an automatic service charge is slapped on to essentially a serve yourself buffet!!!
The best thing about this hotel has to be its location and as such is the nearest hotel to Heathrow. It is a large hotel with many rooms on different wings so if you want a view of the airport it shouldn't be a problem. Noisy? Well as I found out, it wasn't the airport which was noisy but the Christmas party goers tumbling out of the restaurant in the early hours of the morning!!!On the whole, I would recommend the hotel as does a number of airlines who regularly use the hotel for crew layovers.

trendy hotel, looks nice, nice room
quite expensive, no free transfer to airport
the hotel looked really trendy and hip. the design of the rooms and furniture was nice. the staff was friendly. the negative point was the long distance to the airport. also the fact that there was no free transfer to the airport was not really nice, espicially when you consider the price of the hotel. the breakfast was ok, nothing really special. when you don't like the typical english breakfast the choice is limited.

Very close to airport, good breakfast, large rooms.
When we arrived we were impressed by the lobby it was large and stylish. It took some time to check in and were offered no help to the room with our bags even though it was some distance from the desk. The room was clean and spacious however some of the furniture was a bit shabby. The breakfast was good and check out was fast.
Travel tip : Get the bus to the airport.
