Poor room service - had to wait nearly 45 mins for an iron and ironing board and had to chase once!
Had to wait 25 mins to be placed at a table for breakfast - not acceptable Whilst this hotel was very suitable as a location for my evening dinner with clients, elsewhere it failed to live up to my expectations and I have to say the service was generally very poor.
I had to wait over 45 mins for an iron and ironing board and even then I had to chase once for this.
I had a problem with my TV and I was told that maintenance was not available on that day and nothing could be done.
Then for breakfast in the morning, I had to wait over 25 minutes before I was place at a table and even then, there was only a limited amount of fod and drink available

good links to public transport - Tube and bus stop nearby not wheelchair accessible The Tube is one within less than an hour from Heathrow at the hotel. Goods clock shortly after 9 am in the hotel and were able to check in! What is absolutely not obvious for London. From the hotel it is super fast in the center of London.
