My stay was good but not great. The Park International Hotel was solid...
Location: Around the corner from Gloucester Rd Tube which is on the Piccadilly Line - very handy for flying in & out of Heathrow. It is also a 5-10 min walk from the National History Museum and the V&A. Lots of restaurants near by & a short tube ride to the city centre.
Room: I stayed in a single room so it was tiny. That said, it covered all the basics well & was kept clean.
My main & biggest gripe was the wifi internet. Although it was free (1 hr), you could not use it from your room - you had to go down to the lobby. Also, you had to get the username/password from reception each time. On top of that, it wasn't really a full hour because it was also limited to a few hundred MB download.
