Pestana chelsea bridge hotel & spa
BIg clean rooms, comfortable beds, good value for the money.

had a great 4 day stay at this hotel, it is easy to find and the room were big and clean. the breakfast was great as was the service of the hotel. it is easy to find and get to. the only thing i could think of as beeing negative is that no tube station is close by however there is a bus stop just outside which meant there was never any problem getting to and from the hotel. i would recommend the hotel to anyone who does not mind the less central location with buss ride and/or a short walk.

This is the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in London. Great and peaceful location just across the Bettersea Park. The service was excellent and the spa is not to miss. I felt very homey and cozy staying at this hotel.

Stayed only for a night. Wished we could have stayed longer. The room was huge as compared to the paris hotel we just booked out of. Staff was friendly and welcoming. A pity we did not have time to use the facilities.
One and only problem: Not very accessible. We waited more than half an hour for bus 44 from Victoria station.

we had a lovely few days at the hotel, having arrived from singapore i realised i had booked the incorrect dates and the staff were really helpful in getting a booking for me. it was over christmas time as well so i know they were very busy.
only improvement for us would be the breakfast, at this level i would expect table service for breakfast rather than a buffet style. we also had to wait sometime to get all the pieces to the english breakfast which was a real shame

I arrived at the Hotel after having spent the previous three nights at a very bad Hotel in Munich. My expectations were more than met, big room, a fantastic view (if you like to over look the Battersea Power Station) very modern bathroom with shower and bathtub and a amazing bed with soft linen.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Battersea Park is just across the road and a lovely place to be in spring and summer. Walk along the Thames towards the Tate Galery or catch a Thames clipper. For shoppers galore the Sloane Square is a must! Near by is the Saatchi Gallery if you feel like looking at some Art.

great location next to battersea park and the river. the park on one side and the train lines and iconic battersea power station building on the other. you can see the london eye and parliament which are walkable in 15-20 mins.
the rooms are high-end, beds comfy and bathroom had a rainstorm shower and a separate bath.
didn't try the restaurant or pool etc, so can't comment on those.
very pleasant stay and look forward to returning soon.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a car park right next door and it's only £4 all weekend. Plus no congestion charge at weekends. Maybe a good option as there are no tube stations nearby.

Lovely location, sandwiched between Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park. Also adjacent to Chelsea Bridge which makes for a wonderful walk along the river to Westminster, Chelsea and Victoria Station areas. Victoria is 10-15 min walk away. No tube station nearby, however weekend parking is easy at only £4 for the weekend at the large multi story next door. Fantastic rooms and quality, all very new. Some may find the window between the bathroom and bedroom a bit strange though...also the window blind is on the bedroom side? Our friends had rooms on the Park side of the hotel and they had these windows...our room was on the Power Station side and didn't have this window. View is great from both sides, but I prefer the Power Station side as you can see the whole central london skyline in front of you.

the pestana is newly refurbished with well laid out rooms and fashionable decor. it is located away from tube lines but near buses and an overland station, and the view of the park is excellent. the gym and spa are very good, but the bar is fairly soul-less with flat beer. the housekeeping staff also have a bad habit of walking into your room a second after knocking, which didn't bother me, but upset my girlfriend.
