Impressed with smiles @ greetings at reception
The relaxed feel of the Hotel

we were greeted by gina who gave us a very warm welcome.the room was ready although we were early,we were impressed with the room sizewise and cleanliness,and how quite it was,although we were overlooking battersea power station and the trains ran all night there was no inconvenience.
on the first nights stay it was so cold we decided to eat at the restaurant ,we were seated near the windows and had to ask to be reseated as the restaurant was chilly,and several other couples did the same needed more heating......wasn't over impressed with menu so had the tapa and roast .which were very good.we decided to have breakfast and this we were impressed with it was a varied choice and on saturday was fine but sunday was very chaotic......insufficient clean tables and hot food had to be waited for,also staff not as efficient as saturday but as stated lots more people eating.
we would like to mention gina again as we thought that her service on information we required was superb,she also offered us the services of the spa which we now wish we had taken the offer.and on sunday when she came back on duty the smile and thoughtfulness was still there ,even after a long saturday shift.the othe reception staff were also very hospitable.
Travel tip:
We used the buses into the City they are virtually right outside the Hotel and run very frequently.....For us a YES.....they take you. Right into Oxford Circus.

Warm smiles upon arrival..entire stay was great!
Pool was a bit small but very nice ambience..cool designs, great affordable food!

We had a great time! We were greeted w the sweetest smiles upon arrival..best customer service! We were so happy with our accommodation, rooms were clean & oh my! Most comfortable bed ever! We enjoyed the pool so much we went 3x for a day stay.. food and drinks at the bar were good and affordable. My teen age kids love the hotel so much they don't want to leave! Definitely booking this same hotel in May for my daughter's 16th bday!

Really lovely, clean hotel - the staff were reassuringly attentive and will happily do anything for you and with a smile.
The pool is adequate, and the sauna very steamy - both were empty when I stayed.
The rooms are modern and roomy, I loved the cream leather settee and the view over the Thames.
There is a secure underground car park too, which is just as well because there is no tube station nearby, hovever taxis are frequent.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
try going a little off the beaten track and find some of the really nice old traditional pubs.
