Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

clean and good location\nbathroom was immaculate and modern
tiny room - uncomfortable twin bed
If you want a budget hotel room in London, be prepared for very small. Two tube lines - yellow and red within easy walking distance. Fairly quiet location. Good pubs and ethnic restaurants nearby. If your goal is to sightsee and not spend much time in your room, this hotel will do. Not recommended for a business traveler.

Rooms very small. I felt confined!
A good little hotel that was clean. Breakfast time was crowded at peak hours. I would stay again if on my own.Not with family

If you are a solo traveler in London, I don't think you can really go wrong with this hotel. It is of average price for a city like London, had good service and was in a great location. In a word, this hotel is "safe" in that you are unlikely to have any surprises--either or good or bad.
