A great apartment to stay, reception is very friendly and very helpful, furnishing of room is very nicely done but toilet is very small.
Apartment and its surrounding is very clean. Amenties are aplenty one minute walk from the apartment with the underground just round the corner and have easy access to central london
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
use the olyster to travel around especially if you stay around one week

satisfactory,possibly expected a little more of a homely feel, the staff were helpful although it catered largely for eastern european clients. basement room felt very claustrophobic as you had to go down 2 levels and therefore did not feel as comfortable as if we had been given a room on ground or 1st floor.

I had a smallish but comfortable standard studio apartment. The appliances are modern and easy to use. The hotel is close to the tube station and to a grocery store which helps cut down the cost of food during my stay. It was convenient to have free wifi and was given complimentary newspaper each day. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

I have no complaints except the noise some days. Doors slamming made quite a noise. Service was super good and the apartment was very convenient. Would absolutely return.
Restaurant Tip:
A lot of good food around this area. Try the burgers or the Chinese restaurant, just at the Earls Court Underground exit.

We highly recommend Presidential Apartments Kensington. It is located only few mins away from Earl's Court tube station, on a quiet street. Our room (studio) was very clean with minimalist tasteful deco. Staff were professional and friendly. We truly think that it was excellent value for money for London, where so-so hotels could cost fortune. Next time we visit London, we will try to book here again, too!
