Amy G. Couples United States of America, June 04, 2012	No ventilation - scorching hot room Looks nice, very clean 5.7 Our room had no ventilation Nd was incredibly hot and stuffy. Hotel staff said there was nothing they could do as they were booked for the night. Next day we were moved to a room that was very satisfactory - if only that had been our room the first night! Furnishings are adequate and comfortable, hotel is very clean. Heard another couple complain about ventilation issues - wonder if our room was not unique. Offered continental breakfast as consolation. Staff was quite friendly and nice.

Couples Australia, May 23, 2012	modern and convenient hotel but room is too small newly refurbished and close everything e.g. public transport and local business strip 7 Generally, the overall experience was pleasant. It is mainly due to the warm and welcoming attitude of its staff and clean environment. Although it is located near buses and two train stations (Kilburn Park and Kilburn Road), it is in Zone 2 of the train system i.e. a bit far off from the CBD. The air-conditioning of the room is just average or even sometimes below average especially during a warm/hot day in the summer. Windows cannot be opened at all and thus rendering the whole room stuffy and hot (at least 3 degree difference from outside). The room we stayed at was rather small.

Solo travelers United Kingdom, May 17, 2012	Great Staff, poor location for single female Employees 4.3 This hotel had no restaurant for dinner which meant i had to leave the hotel to find somewhere to eat. The staff recommended a place across the road however they did not serve food either. I felt unsafe having to walk the street to find somewhere to eat and was disapointed that it clearly stated on the website and also in there lift when I arrived that they had a restaurant. The air con was not working and the room was extremely hot. Restaurant Tip: Do not stay here if you are a single female wanting to stay in a hotel which has a restaurant as it does not even though it states that it does!
