Noisy, the windows did not keep noise out.

I thought the decor of the hotel was bland and boring, the noise level was terrible. Road works every single night so no sleep. I tried to pay for my bill with cash at the end of my stay and the staff couldn't accommodate me and give me change of forty pound for a bill of just 28 pound. The Radisson in Stanstead airport is far superior, for the prices you charge I saw no difference between a Quality Inn and your establishment.

Great location for both business and sight seeing

It was my first stay and I simply loved it. Great location (Bond Street subway station is a minute walk) for both business and sight seeing. Room is bit small but enough for a simple stay. I would not choose the hotel if I plan to do some work in the room. I would comeback to this hotel in the future.

the hotel has limited amenities and small rooms, but the location is perfect for a business traveller who intends to do a bit of shopping as well for the family.
proximity to bond street tube station makes it easy to get around for business meetings and oxford street being just around the corner makes it easy to shop for gifts for the family without having to spend too much time.
