I thought the decor of the hotel was bland and boring, the noise level was terrible. Road works every single night so no sleep. I tried to pay for my bill with cash at the end of my stay and the staff couldn't accommodate me and give me change of forty pound for a bill of just 28 pound. The Radisson in Stanstead airport is far superior, for the prices you charge I saw no difference between a Quality Inn and your establishment.

Great location for both business and sight seeing

It was my first stay and I simply loved it. Great location (Bond Street subway station is a minute walk) for both business and sight seeing. Room is bit small but enough for a simple stay. I would not choose the hotel if I plan to do some work in the room. I would comeback to this hotel in the future.

the hotel has limited amenities and small rooms, but the location is perfect for a business traveller who intends to do a bit of shopping as well for the family.
proximity to bond street tube station makes it easy to get around for business meetings and oxford street being just around the corner makes it easy to shop for gifts for the family without having to spend too much time.

Small rooms, as to be expected for such a fantastic location. Right smack in the middle of Oxford Street, practically directly opposite the Bond Street Underground station. Excellent service by everyone we came into contact with, and also a complimentary shoe shine service to make sure you always look your best.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure to visit St. Christopher's Place, which is a nice cosy shopping/dining alcove just two minutes away from the hotel. Lovely atmosphere (feels hidden away and special) with more local brands and designers instead of the usual mass-market brands along Oxford Street).

very gooood location,
the location is very good

i stayed in that hotel for 6 nights.
advantages:
very good location(on oxford street).
you can get everything around(shops, markets, resturants, train station, bas stops,....)
very good and friendly staff.
disadvantages:
tiny rooms.
old building.
no lobby.
elevators do not work perfectly.
i face problem whith hot water in my bath.

OMG... Great location! Great Staff!
Right on Oxford street.. friendly Staff..and with extra security measures

I absolutely loved the fact that I was, literally, 5 mins away from shops,movies and restaurants.Yes, the rooms are small, but the Hotel is very charming and as a solo traveler, the added security measures, such as card accessible lifts etc.. made me more at ease.

The room was very clean and good location. It is about 2 minutes walk to Bond Street underground station. I stayed single room but very small and closet was too small to hang all business suits.
