In the heart of London
In the center of London, near tube station and bus stop, nice interior

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is central, bus stop and tube station are nearby. Close to sightseeings and shoppping areas. The room is a bit small, but the interior is nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located but the facilities in the room & the services provided by the hotel is lot to be desired.Breakfast is very poor with a lot of rules about dress codes for a leisure traveller.

Quiet, clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was the usual one would find in a hotel. Sainsbury and Tesco were very near. The single room is very small but clean and well kept. Free wifi was very good. Location was good with good bus services and Warren Street tube station within a 2 minute walk. Oxford street with sale going on was great!

The hotel lacation was great, near to the train station amd next to the Underground. The room was clean and modern! However, the service of the Housekeepers were even better than the reception.whenever I talked to the reception, I felt like they were customers rather than me. And I can't feel any warm welcome from them. I was arrived at 3, and the room wasn't ready, the reception lady just asked me to wait for 20mins and she just point the place and asked me to seat down.
They should:
1) Say sorry to the matter
2) Guide the customer to where he/she can wait until the room is ready
3) while the customer was waiting, at least provide a glass of water instead of using a bad manner asked me to seat down on the lounge.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For travelling, the first day walking tour is enough, cause every sightseeing stuffs are near to the hotel.

Great location but very small room

It is very close to the tube station, less than 1 minute walk. And around 10-15 minutes walk to tottenham court road and oxford street so a very convient place to stay at.
but rooms are very small - I can barely fit my luggage in and the bathroom is just enough for me to get inside.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
