The staff service and attitude are VERY POOR!!! Check in staff spoke in a condescending manner! Extremely rude and NOT friendly! the music from the wedding reception was far too loud and noisy and well into midnight.

perfect for our intent. paid shuttle or taxi to airport. if you use the free metro bus it is a bit of a trek, but not bad. they have a nice buffet breakfast that came with our room type. will definitely use again.

I did not know this but the bus station at hearthrow airport if you catch a double decker bus to hotels on the Bath road , the trip is free ,,, Must Be A double decker though,,,,

we stayed at the hotel before returning to bangkok and the price was much cheaper than staying in london in an equivalent hotel. to get into london was very simple as there was a free bus just outside the hotel that took us to hatton cross tube station and then a 30 minute ride into the centre. the service at the hotel was very praiseworthy as the staff did their best to meet our needs including letting us check-out at . the food was a bit on the pricey side but as we eat in london for the two nights it was not a problem. the only downside was the gym was out of action for one day because of flooding,besides that i have no complaints and would stay again on our next trip.

My stay was spoilt by the inadequacy of the receptionist explaining that a bank card credit was necessary to use either the minibar or refreshments vending machine. Only one restaurant was open during my stay and the choice of food from there and room service was depressingly conservative.The room however was comfortable and quiet, albeit a very long walk from the public areas due to the low rise design of the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel Hoppa bus stops at hotel entrance, number H53. Journey takes 20 mins.
