Bit difficult to find the hotel
I went to London at the end of December . The temperature was -3 grade. The heater was ON in the room. but was not working. So I asked the reception desk. Then the front desk clerk said "oh boiller is off, I'll turn on". The heater was still cold. I asked front clerk again. The heater didn't work all night. My wife and child got a cold!
