beautiful view of park and surrounding area. Very clean and nice pillows.

air conditioning took a while to cool the room.

The hotel was great. My wife and I were at the end of a great honeymoon and we ended up staying at perhaps our favorite hotel on the last day. It is close to the Tube, which is literally right around the corner of the entrance of the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite on the 17th floor and we could not have been happier.

Shopping Tip : Take the Tube from this hotel to Oxford street for some of the best clothing shopping. Soho is a great area.

Staff in the restaurant, the location, the food, the bar. Pretty much everything was great.

Thought the price of the drinks was a little expensive. Apart from that I can't find a problem.

Good hotel, good value for money at the discounted rate I paid, the staff are excellent, the location ideal as close to everything by underground but far enough away next to Hyde Park to remain relaxing.
