Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Train, underground train, buses all right infront of the hotels, many restaurants and convenient store near by.
The lift didn't work. I had to carry by luggages up 4 stories, that was not fun at all. Television not very clear and has no remote. Have to pay for internet use.
Overall is ok cause of the great location. Should fix the lift though. Breakfast is not bad. Room should include internet. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right across from paddington train station for express train to the airport and on ground train and underground train.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The big bus company bus operation is right infront of the hotel.

Close to Paddington station, nice surroundings with short walk to Kensington gardens.
Extremely tiny bathroom - a big person truly wouldn't fit in the shower. The elevator was equally small and dressed in purple carpet - nothing for the claustrofobics.
Look carefully for the hotel - we missed it and walked around Norfolk Sq for half an hour before we found it - anonymous as it was. Anonymous goes for the staff as well, but they did their job and we got our room and it was clean with a kettle and teabags and a very tiny and very pink bathroom.
The continental breakfast was quite poor - you got served a plate with two slices of cheese and one slice of ham as well as toasted bread. The English breakfast was slightly better but also more expensive (but that was probably just perfectly English - we are just spoiled with buffets).
