The hotel is very good and I liked it. The people are very friendly and helpful. The only thing was a bit negativ is, the room was extremely small. I never in my life had to stay in a small room like that. But it was just for one night, so there was no problem for me.

We arrived in the afternoon to be informed that they had no record of a booking for us. It was then left to us to prove booking. Reception told us to wait - luckily for Agoda's "live chat" I could be online and sort out problem - all Rubens end. I was very annoyed to be left waiting over an hour - no offer of a refreshment and also like I said made to prove them wrong. We were offered a drink in the bar after much song and dance and finally booked in. The room was small but very pleasant (executive king). Would not bother staying again though for cost and treatment.

The Hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from Victoria station. Exit the station at Terminus Place and turn left. Turn right onto Buckingham Palace Road and follow road for approximately 100 metres where you will arrive at your destination.
