Easy to find from Tube, clean bathroom and old world charm.

Stayed six nights in May 2013, room 310. Positive things: Hotel easy to find from Gloucester Road Tube station ( five minute walk), staff friendly and upgraded us, comfortable bed, good size room, coffee making facilities, clean bathroom, excellent products, quiet room double glazing. Negative things: Internet expensive, some noise from room above. Over all: would stay again would love the Internet to be included in the price.

Hotel size is not suitable for family, the room is so small that it barely fits couple. The hotel is also understaff, do not expect them to bring something to your room especially in the evening.

Location, close to public transport, museums and shops. Friendly, efficient staff. On tube line to Heathrow.

Nice, clean hotel in great location. Rooms are very small but that's London. Tip: turn right out of front door and walk about 400 metres for good restaurants, cafes.

Nice and clean hotel.

Great location with underground station close by. Good security with friendly reception.

Overall it was a great experience and when there was not enough items such as shower gel and shampoo, they were delivered very quickly. However the phone in the room did not allow me to make external local calls. Reception kept on asking me to try this and that for at least 5 times. In the end there happened to have another receptionist who helped to dial for me and connect me through from the reception. It was a little frustrating.
