Very well situated for the underground, good ameneties close to the hotel, excellent staff and a very good restaurant
Rooms a little bit on the small side.
The hotel is very clean and tidy, there are tea making facilities in each room, the staff are very friendly and helpful, The hotel is situated close to an underground station giving easy access to all of londons attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and public houses selling good food and just a short walking distance to the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Buy a three or five day underground rail ticket that covers the whole system which gives you very cheap travel to all the attractions in London.

Location is o.k as it is close to the Glouchester Underground station which is on the line that is coming from the airport. (but you need to drag your suitcase up the stairs)
Great dining options in the area and good for shopping
The standard room is extremely small
No wheelchair ramp (meaning you need to drag your suitcase up the stairs.
Small doorway with no porter \ bellboy service
Very expensive for wifi internet
Very little dining options in house
Not many intentional TV channels
The pictures on the internet showed a nice spacious room but i was totally shocked when i got there. First of all from the street side you have to climb a few stairs to the front door, there is no ramp for suitcases and no porter or bell services. The lobby area seems nice but small. Check in went o.k.
No assistance with luggage to the room or no one show you where the room is. Had to go thru 4 very small doorways before getting to the room.
The room is extremely small and i would say this is suppose to be a broom closet or store room, NOT a sleeping room. The size including the bathroom is about 10-15 square metre. There is no where to place your suitcase and i had to place it in the walkway between the bed and the door, which mean when ever I go to the bath room or out of the room i had to climb over the suitcase.
I would not recommend this hotel to anybody
Restaurant Tip : There are many restaurants in the area as well as shops
