Couples United Kingdom, June 12, 2010	Stay on 11/06/10 The name and the bars 5.3 Perhaps the Sanderson is a very hip hotel and has many visitors who love it, and in this case perhaps it is just not our taste. However, we travel a lot and stay in many hotels Worldwide and I can safely say that would not stay at the Sanderson Hotel again! The bars are cool, but the rooms are small and the beds fairly uncomfortable for a 5 star hotel. Travel tip: The Sanctum Hotel on Warwick Street is a funky boutique style hotel with a great roof top terrace bar for a drink(s).

Its a design and style execution with a sense of great luxury. Having stayed there three times now, its just not worth the extra money that it tries to command. The mattress ruined what shoud have been an enjoyable stay - lumpy and thin, it felt cheap. Whilst there the shower flooded the bathroom, causing some worrying smoke to emerge from afloor light and the sound of the air conditioning provided most of the noise cancelling for the thump thump of the bar downstairs. (Alwasy demand a room as high as you can .. the bar is noisy and busy .. and very trendy) Finally do not assume that putting a do not disturb sign on the door means anything ..
