Truly Simple and Nothing to Complain

we went to London (for rest) after a few days of business from northern England. room was rather small but understood for London, other in room amenities are almost complete and nothing was missed! cleanliness was nothing to complain too. a special thanks to the front desk lady with a great smile who had tried helping us to get a bigger room with 2 individual beds as one of us is 7 months pregnant, though it was unsuccessful eventually seeing that hotel is rather "petite" with limited rooms. however, we do appreciate the effort! thanks!!

We had one night here and were really impressed. The room was compact but clean and modern had everything we needed. We had Room 1 which had a door opening onto a small walled 'patio' which was an unexpected bonus. The bed was so comfortable! The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We bought breakfast food locally and stored it in our fridge but could have eaten at one of the small cafe/restaurants nearby. We really appreciated the 'quiet' policy: this is one of the few hotels where the ear plugs weren't needed at all!

Eher unzureichend Das Zimmer in dem wir waren war ständig übermässig warm. Der Comfort entsprach eher einem einfachen Double-Room, obwohl wir ja angeblich ein executive room gebucht hatten. Zimmer winzig -tiny. Badezimmer noch winziger. Als angebliches 4 Sterne Hotel sogar für London reine Utopie! Wenn dann ein durchschnittliches 3*Hotel - Dementsprechend auch Preis viel zu teuer
