Business travelers Australia, January 31, 2010	Looks good - clean and modern - great facilities - quiet, central area on convenient Piccadilly line - lots of shops nearby 8.7 A lovely apartment that would receive across-the-board high scores if not for small but important matters such as housekeeping, key availability, and customer feelings of safety not being managed properly. That said, most staff were extremely helpful, and I would probably stay there again as it is such good value for money considering the location. Travel tip: - Swan Inn (opposite Piccadilly tube station)offers delicious food in a cozy environment - The Apollo is a huge entertainment venue that attracts big names and is within easy walking distance

Couples United States of America, December 21, 2009	Pleasantly Surprised by SO Sienna + Large accommodations + Well equipped kitchenette + Complimentary WiFi + Clean and comfortable + Close to the Hammersmith Underground station 7 I had a 2 week business trip to visit my companies HQ in West London. After seeing mixed reviews for this apartment/hotel, I was a little concerned with booking it for a long stay. However, the prospect of free wifi, a kitchen and in-room laundry were enough to make my gf and I take the risk. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and quite satisfied. My biggest compliant came right off, there's no sign for the SO Sienna on the building. We were a little unsure where to go. Once we found the front desk at the right-hand entrance to the building, I handed over my Agoda voucher and had no troubles at all. I was immediately shown to my room. The accommodations are clean and spacious. The second negative was the washer/dryer was full of someone else's clothes. Someone from the cleaning staff came to pick them up shortly after we settled in. I booked a 1-room apartment. The room was great. One room is a full living area with pull out sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette. The other room is a bedroom. There are also 2 bathrooms. The rooms seem recently renovated, so they are pretty clean. The only downside is the walls are a bit thin, but I think that's a common problem with these converted Victorians. The TV wasn't working properly. We complained to the front desk, and the guy came to take a look. He fiddled around a bit, then decided that's the best it could be. It was obviously getting a bad analog signal, not the digital TV they promised. The second night I complained to another staff member, and he was able to remedy the situation, so we did end up with good DTV. There was no DVD player as advertised, but I never complained about this since I had nothing to watch anyway. The Wifi was another sore spot. On the one hand, the wifi was complimentary, which is much better than most of the hotels in the area. We did have problems getting connected at times. I think the entire neighborhood knows their password and uses their network. Families with older children Hong Kong, August 19, 2009	Hotel is ok Good location Enough equipments in the kitchen Free Wireless access 6.7 The facilities inside the room were well furnished and ikea-like style. There are 2 blocks for this hotel. One of them didn't have wireless access and we talked to one of the staff there about this, his attitude was not good and told us that there would have the access in the afternoon after the IT techician support. We tried at night but it didn't work! Then we asked him again on the next day and he told me that it would be fixed it soon. He was lying!
