The hotel is linked to the Heathrow Express rail service, connecting you to downtown London in less than 30 minutes. This hotel would also suit business travelers, with several corporate offices within a 10 kilometer radius. With 45 meeting rooms, the hotel has the highest capacity to host events in the Heathrow area and finding one to match your needs will never be a problem. The hotel also includes 400 parking spaces, the largest in the area. Comfortable and quiet

The hotel was very comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff, but I thought that the charges for internet connection were expensive and not fully justified based upon the cost of the room and being such a modern hotel. I also thought that the "discretionary 12% service charge" in the bar upon paying your bill, is both an embarrassment to customer and staff when you decide not to pay. Why not just apply the extra charge to the price of the drinks at source?
