Comfortable and quiet

The hotel was very comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff, but I thought that the charges for internet connection were expensive and not fully justified based upon the cost of the room and being such a modern hotel. I also thought that the "discretionary 12% service charge" in the bar upon paying your bill, is both an embarrassment to customer and staff when you decide not to pay. Why not just apply the extra charge to the price of the drinks at source?

Our stay was extremely comfortable and a most pleasant surprise. Given that it is right at Terminal 5 at Heathrow we were ready for noise and indifferent service. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. The room was large, modern and spotlessly clean. We dined from room service and the food was very good and served very quickly.
