Excellent location, acceptable for money spent

Room gets a bit hot sometimes. Air ventilation is noisy, and if you open the window, it's quite noisy on the streets even at night. No free internet. However, it is one of the less expensive hotel and for its location it is pretty decent

It's all about location

Very reasonable for something so central but don't expect any frills. Very efficient staff who deal with a huge number of guests coming and going all day. The main reason for staying here is proximity to the tube, Oxford street and British Museum. The rooms are very small but you don't come to London to sit in hotel room. The lifts are unable to cope with the number of guests so it is better to have a room on the first floor so you can use the stairs.

The hotel is quite convenient and close to the British museum and the shopping areas. There is a big supermarket nearby and is a good choice for shopping. The room is small but contain everything.

Great location, comfortable stay
The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, tube and buses. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was a base for shopping and visiting the Chelsea Flower Show and was close to transport services an shops, so was great for our visit.
