Great central location and good price

no air conditioning in the rooms - too stuffy and hot

Clean and well-equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect central location - a number of tube lines very close by. My only complaint is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. I won't stay here during the summer again.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk to the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery. Neither charges an entrance fee and they only suggest a donation of 5 pounds.

Great location. Easy to reach via the tube from the airport and within walking distance of major attractions, theater, and night life.

Might be a problem during warmer times. No air.

This hotel gets better each time I stay with them. They have eliminated the 3 pm check-in time. If a room is open, it's yours. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Well maintained property.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Catch the tube versus the express train from the airport.

Great location, clean room, very helpful staff, great water pressure.

Room was very small.

I was able to check in early, as my room was ready. The concierge was helpful with information and everything I requested. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included, and was typical English breakfast. But the clencher is the location...about a block from Covent Garden and right on the Strand, convenient for Leicester & Trafalgar Square, and the Thames.
