It was hassle-free. Got off at covent garden, 8 minute walk to the hotel. Great area, with superb amenities close by (theatres, restaurants, public transport, etc) The hotel room was not large, but it was a room for a city-hotel, we weren't going to be spending all day there. We stayeded on the 8th floor, absolutely no noise, slept peacefully. The services available in hotel were great, from pre-checkiout. Superb location for nightlife and day roaming.

I had a difficult time in checking-in due to my confirmation problem with AGODA. The reception staff are very help and patiance in helping out. Since I had a early morning departure, they were also able to provide a breakfast basket. The room is pretty good, but better ask for a bath tub instead of a shower place.

Reception was as great as other nice hotels. Room service was also nice. However, the room temperature was a little bit low that it kept me waking me up in the middle of the nights. Apart from that, things were all great. The location was totally good to walk to major sightseeing spots, breakfast was okay. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want a reasonable hotel in the centre of London.
