Great location
Free laundry room, location, clean
7.3
Great location and hassle free accommodation. Friendly staff but there are a lot of stairs so ask for a lower level. The staff leave you alone and only clean the room once a week so it's up to you to take care of yourself. The location to kings cross station was amazing and it made getting around the city incredibly easy.

Fun but exhuasted trip.
Easy access to Kings Cross station and Russell Square stattion about 10 min. walk where you can take Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Airport. It's a place where you can easily shop and cook your food.
5.7
We have large 2 luggages which we need to carry up on the stairs all the way to the 4th floor by ourselves. When we put our luggages in the room there was almost no space to walk.
After 10 days of staying there, we have to carry down the luggages to the ground floor again
by ourselves. No cleaning of our room during our stay but the good things is that you can change your towels as many times as you need. Luandry machines are provided from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can also shop for food and do your own cooking in the room. There is a huge supermarket, Waitrose, in a building complex across Russel Square station, which is about 10 min. walk. The hotel is great for those who have small luggages and strong legs.

UK apartment experience, nice, but not a hotel
5 min walk to St Pancreas and Kings Cross station
6.7
I was looking for accomodation in Kings Cross area, since we only stayed in London for 2 days, and we planned to go to York in the 2nd day and then leave for Paris by Eurostar in the very early morning of the 3rd day. The hotel is within 5 min walk from Kings Cross and St Pancreas, and the rate is afforable, considering it is a 4-star hotel in London. However it looks more like a service apartment to me. The room and the toilet is small, and they don't clean the room. There is no elevator and I have to carry a 20-kg suitcase to the 2nd floor. I would recommend this "hotel" if you want to experience staying in an UK apartment, but personally I don't think it can claim itself to be a hotel, not to mention the 4 stars.

short and sweet
close to train station, nice and quiet location, close to nice restaurant.

rooms were very small, can hardly move in the room and having to carry our bags up the stairs make the experience that little bit less enticing. staff were friendly.

Not comfortable...Will not come back
Location, Location, Location
4.7
As 1st winter experience, I have no idea how to utilize the room heater. Asked the hotel personnel, he just pointed the location of heater and went off. It was pretty late and I was suffering coldness throughout the night. Went to the reception the next morning to ask how to adjust the room to a better temperature, the reception just answered...yeah, it's cold lately?! The hotel personnel are not helpful and I don't feel friendliness. Anyway, the location is really good.
