We arrived too early but our luggage was stored for us. The lift is very small and can accomodate 1-2 people, the room is small but nicely arranged. Even though arriving on New Years Eve, everything was nice. They asked for a 50 Pound Credit Card Safety Permission but if everything is OK they wont charge. Reception is 24 hours available. Summarized a pleasant stay.

Lift, bar, breakfast, 24 h receptionist, free wifi in the room available...nothing is missing

used Sydney House Hotel as our home base while in Europe. We were able to leave some of our luggage there while we traveled to Italy, then returned for a night before we left. So easy, our luggage was there in our room when we arrived. :)

From Victoria:
Take Circle or District Line Underground tube just two stops to South Kensington. Leave the station from the south exit, take Onslow Square and walk straight towards Theo Fennel shop on Fulham Road. Turn right into Fulham Road and then immediately left into Sydney Street. the hotel is located on the right hand side of the street, the main entrance is number 11.
From Gatwick:
Take the Gatwick Express British Rail train into Victoria Station (30 min journey), trains run every 15 minutes. Then take the Underground train to South Kensington.
