Fantastic hotel! It is very centrally located to many restaurants, tube station, buses, and shopping on Regent and Oxford Street. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were always greeted when we returned.

Good Hotel, poorly treated

I am a regular at this hotel. The fact we had to be evacuated due to gas leak isn't their fault. The fact I returned after midnight to then have to vacate the room and was taken to poor hotel and given a smokers room was not good. The fact no one has apologise for the inconvenience etc... is unaccpetable.

Wonderful location, great service!
The room was very clean, there was a lot of service options and the staff was extremely friendly. The location is amazing and quiet, but very close to a lot of main shopping locations, restaurants, theatres, and attractions.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The conceierge was extremely knowledgable and made great recommendations. They were also very helpful with bookings. The front desk staff were very happy to complete any requests that you had and made our stay very enjoyable. I really enjoyed that they had gluten free biscuits!
