Had a great stay here while shopping & sightseeing - Location of hotel is fantastic and very convenient for this. Rooms were basic but clean and tidy. Rooms were quiet and I had a great nights sleep every night. Reccomend this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try and get rooms on higher floors facing Oxford Street/Park Lane.

Excellent stay - faultless hotel

The entrance is impressive but it sets the scene for the rest of your stay. The staff couldn't be more helpful or polite. There was a slight issue with checking in - our rooms weren't ready when we checked in (but the concierge was more than happy to look after our luggage) and then we were given rooms in separate buildings (we were two parties of 2) as the guests staying in one of the rooms we had been allocated had decided to extend their stay. When we did get to our room, there was a strong smell of detergent - however, I reported this and it was rectified immediately.
As we had booked executive rooms, we were entitled to free movies, free in-room internet (using the wireless keyboard and TV in the room) and complimentary water. However, the best benefit was access to the Guoman Lounge on the ground floor. This provided a quiet place to relax with complimentary beer, wine, champagne and canapes in the evening, and tea, coffee and pastries in the morning. Lovely!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Go for a executive room - it may be a little more indulgent but the benefits are more than worth the extra expense.

this is a very nice hotel with cooperative staff
the best location of any other hotels

it was a short stay but very nice. this hotel is one the the best as it is on the corner of the hyde park, a walking distance from all interesting places which attract any tourist. moreover, the tube station is right under the hotel. this makes it one of the best.

nice hotel but they had to upgrade us to get a king size bed. at that price we thought we could have done better. at least they included the internet with the upgrade as the promotion did not make it clear you would need to pay 24 pounds for internet for 1 day.
the beds are good and it s great to be right by the park and oxford street
the carvery restaurant i was searching there had been closed for years
Travel tip:
They have a shuttle to the airport for 60 pounds that is worth it, the staff is friendly enough

Comfortable bed, nice staff. I stayed there for 6 days, and have good sleep everyday. Great location cought My girlfriend's heart, so she can go to Oxford street immediately. I like it as well coz it's nice service and conceirge help me a lot. In the last, I lost my camera when i left this hotel, the staff who called taxi for me showed great manners and gents.
