very nice, pleasant atmoshere and clean rooms. the bathroom a bit too small but complete. good to have a kettle and fridge in room.
executive room not well catered , drinks were plentiful but only few very spicy nuts or some cookies, no fresh fruit or veggis a bit drab

We extended our stay at this hotel as it is a great hotel, with free wi-fi, convenient location, next to Marble Arch, beautiful modern layout located along the shopping belt area of Oxfoord St. The staff are professional,thus making our stay in London truly mememorable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Was in London on Christmas Day & Boxing Day. The location of Cumberland made it easier to get aroung London although most public transport were down during this period. Room & bed are cosy & staff are mindful of guests' needs.

Very enjoyable as the hotel location is close to many of the major attractions of Lonndon.The concierge and doormen are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable . Personally I have no qualms to recommend this hotel to futre travellers to London.My stay in this hotel had made my trip memorable and easy.
Hotel Feature Tip:
due to the size of the rooms,pls don"t bring too many luggage.The hotel is well known and popular so you will have no problem with taxis.The other advantage is most sightseeing tours start near the hotel or picks customers from this hotel.

generally the stay was pleasant due to its location being close to Oxford Street and other major attractions of London.The hotel is only 100 metres from the Marble Arch tube station.Furthermore most sightseeing tours pick up their customers from this hotel.However the room is very small.Staffs are generally well trained and friendly

a great hotel, location fabulous. the only drawback was the room was very small. it was very clean and modern and as we had twin beds in our room there was no room to move. the bathroom was very clean and not a bad size. the lobby and reception area of the hotel was very spacious and welcoming.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
do a big bus tour it shows all the attractions and then you know where things are.

The location is great, very close to the tube station. Lobby and room are also clear. The only cons will be the lack of Internet (wifi), but in general, I'll recommend this hotel.

great place great room. near the shopping district area. the staff were wonderful and the feature was the fantastic restaurant, we had great meals every time we ate there. even though the hotel wasn't as big as a couple of others we stayed at they did have plasma tv setup so you could relax and watch a good selection of movies if in the mood.
we were recommended this place by friends and though we stayed at other great villas but for overall combination of location and food quality and value this place was our favourite we hope to return too.
