I stayed in this hotel for only one night on my business to London. This is quite big hotel located on a busy commercial area near Hyde Park. The room looks simple and not impressive.

the best thing about this hotel is the location, its less than one minute away from marble arch underground station and less then 2 minutes walk from oxford street.

Excellent Location, very nice hotel.

First Impression was that the hotel smelt wonderful. The unusual décor made the hotel a bit different. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean. The beds were super comfy also and I would defiantly stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Tube Station is few minutes walk.

The hotel is perfectly situated at the NE corner of Hyde park and has a good gym, a rarity in London or most European hotels. Rooms and hallways OK but nothing special, but for the price, its quite a value. WIFI connection in my room was very weak (conncedt but frequently disconnected), the one downside to this as a business hotel.

i found the cumberland good value for a central london hotel. it has a clean modern interior design with a traditional personal service provision. there was a wide choice for breakfast a specialist dietary needs were catered for. will definitely consider using again.

put me in a room that is in another wing in the basement. i specifically asked for a room on the high floor..was given one in the basement instead. due to booking made thru internet? not value for money.

To many people in the lobby so makes its looks more like a museum or a public place than a hotel also the staff were pretty strict and not flexible when I comes to asking for a late check out but location is great that's the only benefit

Good service, not need to wait too long for a room though under big capacity. All you can eat breakfast with different varieties was worth to add on. Also, helpful conceige provided a good direction on all the unknown places, and what's more? They pass me a 50% off coupon at their carbon bar. What a nice.
