Location is great, all kinds of transportation available within a short distance (central line underground station just around the corner!), long working shops just across the street in case you need anything, ATM as well. Hotel staff is very helpful, your luggage is well taken care of in case you need to leave it before your room becomes available for check in. Room seemed completely new and refurbished! Loved it! It had everything you need and even more after a long day in London - great, new and clean bathroom, nice bed, TV, enough space and great wardrobe. Loved everything and would definitely come back!

the hotel has a very nice location opposite to the hyde park and the marble arch, the underground (tube) station is just around the corner
the check in process was quick as well as the check out, the hotel stuff were very welcoming and welling to help
i differently will stay in this hotel again if i visit london

the hotel is located steps away from the marble arch underground station, which gives you great convenience exploring london. the lobby is huge and modern however it looks a little spares and not luxurious enough. standard room is pretty small but comfortable and very clean, offered to upgrade me to a bigger room for 30 pounds per night, heard the staff asking the couple beside me too. service was professional though a little insincere.

the location is perfect for theatres shopping and other attractions and activities in central london. rooms, especially single ones, are small and the bathrooms are not well designed.

Got a room in the building further up the street, no 20. Very quiet, but would have preferred to stay in the main building.
The underground connection difficult to find the first day, so ended up in the street when trying to find the breakfastroom.
Will not book this hotel again unless guaranteed room in the main building.

Perfect location for the shopaholics!
Absolutely a must-stay hotel if your trip's itinerary is filled with SHOPPING! Located at Oxford Street, few minutes walk to Primark (the mall that has it all for cheap!), and other world famous brands' are within reach. The tube station, the bus stops for airport buses, the sightseeing buses are all less than 5 mins away. And best of all, the shopping Express to Bicester Village stops in front of the hotel! Pret A Manger & KFC (halal) are just next door! There are also sundry shops that opens 24 hours right across the road.

I was a bit dissapointed when we checked in, and the hoteliers informed us that we had to be moved to the other building. But it was a blessing in disguise as the place was quieter (we had a 1 yr old toddler with us). Love thecomfortness of the bed and pillows, hubs was amazed with the iron board (LOL!)
Shopping Tip:
Go to Bicester Village on Sunday as the shops there opens at 9.00am. Most of the shops at Oxford Street opens at 12pm on Sunday.

Good Hotel but not fantastic in a Great Location

the hotel is situated steps away from the underground station marble arch, one end of oxford street which is the main shopping street though i got to say, it is not the most interesting. not many food options nearby. the room is pretty small and i probably had high expectations because the lobby is classy like a high end five star hotel. cool electronic shower system.
Shopping Tip:
Mothercare, a few shops away, is real cheap compare to Singapore where I am from. Me and my pregnant wife had a field day.

hotel room is comfortable size.the location of hotel is the best for shoppong in oxford street and going everwhere in london.a lot of restaurant are around the hotel.the marble arch underground station is just beside the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is situated at the starting point of Oxford street which is the bet shopping street in London.

wasw made to feel very welcome by reception. early check in was no problem - albeit at a price. quiet floors and no disturbence. location of the hotel is ideal for all central london tourist attractions and also very handy for paddingtno station and heathrow.
