Very good breakfast service 8.7 Have stayed several times before, both business and pleasure. Experiences have been varied in the past but after a refit, I think they have got it right now. Impressed with the decor and especially with the quality of the staff, who were helpful and flexible regarding checkout times etc. All in all a satisfactory stay and will most definitely use again...soon. Restaurant Tip: Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley is quite close,(walkable), but taxi is best in cold weather. . Racine is a few minutes away, and has to be tried. one of the most understated restaurants in London.

Families with older children Turkey, January 13, 2013	super location, good sized room, great breakfast Near attractive places-V&A Museum,Harrods, South Ken,Knightsbridge and a rather short walk to Sloane-and the Hotel Jim just run efficiently! 9.3 Highly recommended ! Comfort and good service.Our room had a balcony-was locked but still gave the feeling of staying at a posh hotel. We had a garden view. The breakfast was a treat and we were met with a smile and was served tea which was almost hot. The front desk was efficient and accommodating . I would definitely stay at the hotel in the future.
