"Great location but small rooms"

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of London from where you can see most of the attractions by walking or short bus journeys. The hotal stay was goo except that rooms were small, double bed was even smaller, there was not water-mixer in the room .. either the water was very very hot (not usable) or cold (not desirable).. If only the hotel management provided a water-mixture in the wash hand basin in the room-- it would have made it useful.The most important draw-back is that they don't have an elevator so climbing up and down the stairs all tghe time is tiring. Overall a nice hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can easily walk and see/visit the Victoria Station, Victoria Apollo theatre (Wicked), Billy Elliot, Bukingham Palace, St. Vincent Park, and many more such places.Get an Oyster and see all the LOndon attractions in a few days.

i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a few nights in london on a budget.
travelling as a couple (both aged 20) for a two night stay we found the hotel to be clean, bright and comfortable.
it is in a fantastic area as it is within a 5 minute walk of victoria underground, giving you very easy (and cheap) access to all the major parts of london.
the room was of course quite basic but extremely clean. there were plenty of plug points and had basic tv facilities too. the bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage space.
it also happens it is in a very quiet area. there are small supermarkets, take-a-ways, restaurants/off licences among other shops but everything seems to shut quite early, most places shut around midnight.
the one thing that could put most people off is the shared bathroom facilities but these were kept to a very high standard and did not feel awkward or inconvenient in the slightest.
the food was pricey and there was no bar, but why you would like to eat/drink in a hotel when your in the capital is a mystery to me. we can't comment on the standard of food, as we didn't even see any of it let alone taste it. there are many high quality local restaurants and bars to suit almost anyone's taste and budget.
also, on our day of checkout, they allow you to store your bags for the day, allowing us to explore london luggage free, which is really a great benefit and can allow to really make the most of your last day.
altogether, our stay in london was fantastic and the hotel only added to that. it's clean, the staff are great and the location is superb, you will truly struggle to find better value than this in london.
Nightlife Tip:
This area is very quiet in the early hours, for later opening clubs/pubs and food you'll have to travel elsewhere. Daytime though, they offer every amenity one can think of.

Worth the money? Not really. Friend told me that I should get a better place with same price. I select the place because of the location, close to Victoria Station, which reminds me The Victoria Station Restaurant back in Malaysia.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
London could be an expensive place to stay but you should not miss it. One the big capital city in UK. Overall London is nice city, no worry on transportation because you have many alternative. The subway, always jam pack during pick hours. Spare your time 1 hour early for traveling, typical big city.

Nice cheap hotel, clean and convenient

we wanted to find a budget place to stay for our business trip so we could save on our daily allowance and we found probably the cheapest and decent place one could find in the heart of london.
i knew the hotel provides only shared bathroom facilities, and i did not have high expectations at all. however, when i was there, i was pleasantly surprised with the conditions of the bathrooms. they were also near to the rooms on both ends of the corridors on every floor, with enough shower cubicles and wcs to serve the guests. so i never really had to wait for my turn. i am beginning to like this idea, since i no longer have to take turns using the bathroom with my roommate in the usual hotel room with attached bathroom.
the only thing is, get your own bath stuff (body wash and shampoo), as they provide only a small bar of soap.

Excellence if you have limited budget
Good location, Low Price, Clean Hotel

Everything is good except for the Malaysian staff. He was too rigid. I asked for Twin room instead of Double. He said not possible as it was already assigned. But the next minute, he gave Twin rooms to my friends who are alone. I ended up swapped with one of my friend.

Cheap hotel so expect a poor service and standard

Near the main road, so it is noisy throughout the night.
Shared bathroom; the entire level shares 3 shower.
Reception was unfriendly and didnt bother to provide us any information or advice.
They are better hotel out there. It is not near the tube station as well.
